The RLH is basically a low height RT, hence the prefix Regent Low Height

Due to their low height configuration many RLH’s were sold overseas for further use, with big buyers being both the USA and Canada.

Even today some survive as bars, cafes or restaurants in these countries, whilst here in the UK only 5 remain.

Bought in May 2004 by Ross & Steve Newman, and repatriated from Canada and then fully restored over about 14 months. RLH61 was then given to Peter Newman, chairman of Ensignbus, as a surprise birthday present on 17th July 2005. It is now part of the hire fleet and is an ideal vehicle for weddings, film work or any other special occasion.
